WORKING GROUP
Mission: To identify economic and social needs on-site in the Rural Disadvantaged Areas Development Project (RDADP) implementation regions and develop sustainable solutions with an inclusive approach. To create a foundation for investments that will reduce the rural welfare gap by accurately conveying the voices of all stakeholders, from social welfare organizations to the finance sector, from small family businesses to agricultural NGOs, into Strategic Investment Plans (SIPs) with reliable data.
Vision: To become the most effective and dynamic "Working Group" in rural Kayseri, setting an example for rural development projects across Turkey with a participatory and data-driven model that focuses on the needs of target groups.
